"We paid double the usual price for VIP tickets with the expectation of a meet and greet half an hour before the show, but sadly, we were not allowed entry on time and there was NO MEET AND GREET. The band Balmora were apparently unaware of any meet and greet arrangement. Moreover, the promised laminates and t-shirts were not provided to us. The announcement of the meet and greet happening after all the bands had performed was only overheard, and no official communication was made. Consequently, we departed without our laminates, t-shirt, or seeing the band perform. This experience has left me with no desire to attend another show at the basement, or perhaps any event of this nature in the future."
